Des Artistes in Volvera has been my culinary retreat for over fifteen years, and each visit is an extraordinary experience. Their clever combination of fresh fish and dry-aged meat is a triumph of flavours. The consistent quality, impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere make this restaurant an always reliable choice for a delicious and memorable dinner.
Excellent dinner for 2, we shared an amazing mixed seafood appetizer, spaghetti with clams, small and very fresh fried seafood, sweet pistachio mousse with delicious Nutella, drank a bottle of Traminer white wine. Attentive and kind waitresses, very good chef. The place has improved a lot, it's been years since I went, the Pomini brothers Christian and Antonello did an excellent job, very good! I wish him much success!
The pizza is very good and the ingredients of good quality. However, it is a steal to pay 3 euros cover charge, both because it is not specified in the menu and because it does not correspond to any additional service (other than the smell of fried fish that you take home). It's a shame, because it is precisely because of policies like these that people are discouraged from eating out.

If you want to eat a fish-based dish, this is the right place :-), every time I come back, I always get something new and it's never a mistake, last night I tried the gillardeau oysters, and they were nothing short of EXCELLENT !! And octopus with buttered potatoes, very good too, to finish the house tiramisu shared with my partner, he had the gran cruditè des Artistes, fantastic dish!
The products are of quality, and it is always a pleasure to stop and have a chat with the staff and owners.
The prices are average for the fish restaurant category, the pizza perhaps a little expensive but still good. For those who complain about prices, I can only say that you pay for quality, you can't think of eating well and paying 10 euros like at the self-service restaurant for lunch, let's not talk about the food itself and the care and attention with which it is prepared ♥ Enjoy your meal if you decide to dine here ☺☺☺
